In the lands along the old Silk Road, the chai khana was never just a teahouse — it was the town's living room, where travelers rested, neighbors argued politics, and every guest was met with a full glass. We're bringing that spirit to Fairfax: one room, many homelands, and always a pot on.

Himalayan-style pink salted milk tea topped with clotted cream and pistachio — a wedding-day favorite.
Turkish Coffee 4.5
Finely ground, simmered in a cezve, served with Turkish delight. Add cardamom.
Faloodeh 6.5
Persian rosewater sorbet with thin vermicelli and lime.
Gosh-e-Fil 3.5
Afghan "elephant ear" — fried thin, dusted with cardamom sugar and pistachio.
